Frozen Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2/3 c. melted butter
    6 eggs, separated
    2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 small can frozen lemonade mix
    1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan and 8 x 8 inch pan.
    Beat egg yolks, add milk and stir.
    Add lemonade mix and beat until thick with a spoon.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Mix thoroughly and pour over crust.
    Beat egg whites until thick.
    Add 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Spoon onto lemon mixture and spread carefully.
    Brown slightly under the broiler until just golden brown.
    Watch carefully it only takes a few seconds.
    Then put in the freezer.
    Serves 20.
    You may add some yellow food coloring to lemon mixture to make it look more lemony.
