Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
    2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped red onions
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix all vegetables and cheese in a salad bowl.
    Pour dressing over, tossing to mix well.
    Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
