Veggies In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat (margarine or butter)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. fluid milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. drained cooked veggies (carrots, peas, green beans, etc.)
Preparation
    Heat fat; stir in flour.
    Add milk slowly.
    Stir until smooth. Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add salt, pepper and vegetables. Makes 6 servings.
