Easy Mexican Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1/2 c. olives
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion.
    Stir in noodles, tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup cheese, olives, mushrooms and seasoning.
    Put into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
