Cauliflower Blend Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen cauliflower blend vegetables
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 c. celery, cut
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 qt. water
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed.
    Cover and turn off heat.
    Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of milk.
    Do not boil.
    Heat carefully to prevent curdling.
    Serve with crusty bread.
