Sausage Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until just tender.
    Drain.
    Fry meat, onion and pepper until light brown.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Pour sauce over macaroni in casserole.
    Stir well.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake for about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
