Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large mild salsa
    2 (No. 2) cans black beans with juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    For rice, follow directions for 2 cups.
    Place chicken in a casserole dish; sprinkle onions over chicken.
    Pour salsa over this mixture, then pour beans over this.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
