Easy Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck or stew meat
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cover casserole dish after mixing all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the sauce bubbles.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and cook for 4 hours.
    Add 1 cup of Burgundy.
    Bake 1 hour longer.
