Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box macaroni and cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can chili beans
grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed.
In meantime, brown hamburger meat and drain.
Add onion, green pepper and celery. Cook until done, then add corn, chili beans and soup (cream of chicken soup may be substituted, either is good).
Add macaroni and cheese and cook until heated.
If it gets too dry, add soup can of milk or water.
Place in casserole dish and cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Makes a big casserole.
May be divided into two.
