Crowned Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Ground Oat Flour (see individual recipe)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. walnuts or 3/4 c. raisins
Cream Cheese Frosting (see individual recipe)
Preparation

Grease 12-cup Bundt or 10-inch tube pan with shortening; coat pan with nuts.
