Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated, peeled zucchini
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar gradually and then oil, continuing to beat.
    Add vanilla and zucchini; stir. Sift flour with dry ingredients and mix slightly and stir in.
    Add in nuts and raisins.
    Divide batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
