Ingredients

1/2 c. soy milk
3 tsp. walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. maple extract
1/8 tsp. salt
5 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
Preparation

Blend
smooth
all
but bananas.
Slowly drop chunks of banana in while blender is running. Add more milk if unable to blend all bananas.
Ready to serve or freeze.
Serves 4.
