Shortcake Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    6 c. sliced strawberries, peaches or berries, sweetened to taste
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped with 1 Tbsp. sugar until stiff
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
