Microwave Bacon Wrapped Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    4 slices bacon
    1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
    1 slice soft bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine green peppers and onion in a small bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or until they are tender-crisp.
    Set aside.
    Layer 3 paper towels on a plate.
    Arrange bacon slices on the paper towels and cover with another paper towel.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or just until bacon begins to brown.
    Set aside.
