Easy Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. regular rice
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    green peppers (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
    celery (optional)
Preparation
    Saute
    vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients together with 4 1/2 cups
    of
    hot
    water.
    Bake
    in a covered dish at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
