Oyster Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    1 qt. milk
    1 bunch parsley
    1 bunch green onions
    1 stick butter or margarine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Lightly rinse and drain oysters.
    Boil milk.
    Wash and finely chop parsley.
    Chop onions.
    Saute onions and parsley in butter. When onions and parsley are soft, add oysters and cook until they curl around the edges and are hot throughout.
    Add to boiled milk. Pepper to taste.
    Simmer 5 to 15 minutes.
    Serve.
