Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 6 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour in a bowl. Stir in reserved juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Spoon into greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Mix melted margarine and cornflakes. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
