Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. quick oats
2 1/4 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in butter and let cool.
Add dry ingredients, then egg and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until light brown.
