Mom'S Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. half and half
    butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together in unbaked pie shell with fingers, gently. Mix milk and half and half.
    Pour in shell.
    Mix gently with fingers.
    Dot butter on top.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour until mixture is quivery.
