Pork Chops And Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 loin pork chops
5 to 6 medium potatoes
1 small onion
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
salt and paprika
Preparation
-
Peel potatoes and slice thin.
Place in casserole in layers. Sprinkle flour, chopped onion and salt between layers.
Fill casserole within 1 1/2-inches from top.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes and add milk.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 1 1/2 or 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
