Honey Coffee Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. no-fat baking mix (Pioneer)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine baking mix, honey, oil, egg whites and milk.
    Beat 30 seconds.
    Spread batter into an 8-inch pan spread with Pam. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 4 with 160 calories and 3.2 g fat.
