No-Bake Strawberry Dessert(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf (10 1/2 oz.) angel food cake, cut into 1 in. cubes
    6 oz. pkg. Sugar - free strawberry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    20 oz. Pkg frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, whole
    2 c. cold 1% milk
    1 oz. pkg sugar - free instant vanilla pudding mix
    8 ozs. Frozen reduced - fat whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Arrange cake cubes in a single layer in a 13-in. by 9-in. by 2-in. dish.
    In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in strawberries.
    Pour over cake and gently press cake down. Refrigerate until set.
    About 1 hour.
    In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Spoon over jello layer.
    Spread with whipped topping.
    Refrigerate until serving.
    (We also thought it would be good if you used strawberry/banana jello and put bananas in with the pudding layer.) It looks nice in a glass dish, yields 20 servings.
    NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS:
    1 serving= 92 calories, 2 g. fat, 2 mg cholesterol. 172 mg. sodium, 16 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.
    Diabetic Exchange: 1 starch.
