Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/4 c. brandy
4 bananas
1/4 c. rum

Preparation

Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then cut into quarters.
Simmer bananas in butter for a few minutes.
Add brandy and rum.
Ignite and let alcohol burn off.
Serve over vanilla ice cream.
