Mexican Green Bean And Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans, cooked and chilled
    2 c. corn, cooked and chilled
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped green canned chili peppers, drained
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 large tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Combine beans, corn, green peppers, onion and chili peppers in medium-size bowl.
    Beat together oil, vinegar, chili powder, sugar, salt and oregano.
    Pour over vegetables and toss.
    Season with pepper.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Toss with tomato just before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
