Garlic Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    3 large garlic, minced
    3 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Cook onions, red bell pepper and garlic in saucepan until tender.
    Add water, bouillon and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    Serves 6.
