Creamy Cheese Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    flour tortillas
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can Ro-Tel chili and tomatoes, drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix soup, chicken, onion, sour cream, Ro-Tel, flour and butter in saucepan.
    Heat a few minutes over medium heat until well mixed and bubbly.
    Spoon 2 to 3 large spoonfuls of sauce into individual flour tortillas; add a little cheese.
    Roll up and place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly.
