Pumpkin Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
Preparation

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and spices.
In saucepan, heat milk, butter, brown sugar and salt until warm; stir constantly. Add to dry mixture.
Stir in pumpkin and beat well.
Add remaining flour.
Dough will be moderately stiff.
Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (5 to 8 minutes).
Shape into ball and place into lightly greased bowl, turning once.
Cover; set in warm place and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour). Punch down; shape into loaf.
