No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cubed
    8 oz. mushrooms (fresh is best)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and bake 3 hours, without peeking, in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
    Can also be made in crock-pot.
    Cook 8 hours over low heat.
