Theo'S Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (9 oz.) whipped topping mix
    1 c. (or less) walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix undrained pineapple with pudding mix by pouring into pineapple.
    Stir and add rest of ingredients by hand.
    Chill before serving.
