Kofta Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean lamb, ground
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. fresh mint, chopped
    2 tsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped
    mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
    Mix lamb and seasonings.
    Shape into tiny, oval shaped nuggets and thread on cocktail toothpicks (2 nuggets on each one).
    Broil or barbecue for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
