Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
