Pam'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. sugar
    4 to 5 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3 c. Gold Medal bread flour
    3 c. Gold Medal wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup warm water and yeast.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water together.
    Add first mixture to second mixture, then add 1/2 cup oil.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
    Work together.
    Pour 4 to 5 Tbsp. oil into big bowl.
    Pour dough into bowl; form into ball coated with the oil. Cover with towel overnight.
    The next morning, punch down dough. Knead on flour surface; cut out rolls and put on greased baking sheet (spray sheet with Pam cooking spray).
    Put oil on top of rolls.
    Allow to rise at least 4 hours.
    Cover with paper towel or regular towel while rising.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 40 rolls.
