1 qt. clam juice
1 qt. chopped clams
1 qt. crushed tomatoes
3 diced green peppers
3 diced onions
1 stalk celery
2 Tbsp. leaf thyme
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour
4 diced potatoes
Preparation

Into 1 quart water, add clams, clam juice, tomatoes, peppers, onions and celery.
Cook 1 hour.
