Savory Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash squash thoroughly; cook in boiling, salted water 5 minutes.
    Cut squash in half lengthwise; scoop out and discard seeds.
    Sprinkle cavities with salt and pepper; set aside.
