Stir-Fry Chicken With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. snow pea pods
    1/4 c. almonds, sliced
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    6 green onions, bias sliced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Stir broth, soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside.
    Heat oil over high heat.
    Add almonds.
    Stir-fry one minute until brown.
    Remove. Add chicken; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove.
    Add green onions and pea pods; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Remove.
    Add mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Put everything back in pan with broth mixture. Stir until bubbly.
    Cover; cook 1 minute.
    Stir in almonds last.
