Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. zucchini (10 c.), ground
    4 c. onions
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 red pepper (ground)
    1 green pepper (ground)
Preparation
    Cook altogether 30 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars.
    Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
