Dinner Rolls Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. (5 Tbsp.) yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    In saucepan, heat milk, water and 2 tablespoons butter until warm (butter does not need to melt).
    Add heated liquids to flour mixture.
    Add egg.
    Blend with mixer at low speed until moistened; beat three minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, gradually stir in 1/2 cup cheese and enough remaining flour to make a firm dough.
    Knead on well floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
