Pistachio Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
    1 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour 1/4 of batter in each small bread pan. Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/4 on each loaf.
    Pour in rest of batter.
    Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 small loaves.
