Not Too Rich Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 1 large fresh bunch
    5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 or 6 slices Velveeta cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until barely tender. Arrange in baking dish. Add lemon juice gradually to the mayonnaise, stirring constantly. Drizzle over broccoli. Top with cheese slices.
    Place, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
