Squash Or Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash or 2 c. frozen broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    Cheese Nips or Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash or broccoli and drain.
    In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, cheese, cream of mushroom soup and onion.
    Beat eggs and add to this mixture.
    Mix in squash or broccoli and pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crushed crackers and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until center is set.
