Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. (2 c.) fresh or frozen blueberries, washed and drained
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy.
Add milk and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend together. Fold in blueberries.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
