Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
pinch of salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted fat or salad oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower, thawed, but not cooked
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Mix eggs, milk and oil;
gradually add to flour,
beating\tuntil smooth.
Dip pieces of cauliflower into batter and fry
in\toil
until golden brown on all sides.
