Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. sour milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
a little salt
4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well until well blended.
Let stand for 2 hours
in
refrigerator.
Make
into
small balls.
Put cookies on slightly greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
