Evelyn'S Sweet Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ground pickles
    4 green peppers
    2 large onions
    1/4 c. salt
    1 pt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Drain ground pickles.
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Mix together. Work in salt and let stand 4 hours.
    Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil and can.
    Can be divided to make smaller amounts.
