Light Bread(3 Loaves Or Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water (lukewarm)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 yeast cakes
    10 c. flour, divided
Preparation
    Mix all 5 ingredients.
    Stir 3 cups of flour to mixture.
    Let bubble (or rise), then work 7 cups flour in mixture.
    Work 10 minutes.
    Let rise again and make out loaves or rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
