Beef And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese as desired
Preparation

Cook noodles in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add meat and brown.
Drain meat and add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles.
