La Pasada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, cut up
1 lb. grated American cheese
5 to 7 flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown beef with onion.
Add tomatoes and soup.
Let simmer 10 minutes to distribute flavor.
Layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
