Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans yams or about 4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place potatoes in casserole dish. Cover with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Dot with butter.
    Sift flour over potatoes.
    Add water. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove and cover with a layer of marshmallows. Return to oven to melt and brown marshmallows.
