Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, precooked
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into buttered casserole.
    Mix other ingredients in pan and heat until cheese melts.
    Pour this over the potatoes in the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
