Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    4 bananas, sliced
    1 c. seedless grapes
    2 large plums
    3 1/2 pkg. vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large jar maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix 1 (3 1/4 ounce) package vanilla pudding (not instant), 1 1/2 cups fruit juice and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
    Pour over fruit that has been well drained.
    Be sure bananas are well coated. Will keep for a week in refrigerator.
